Refurbishment Projects
Helping clients realise their aspirations
Outdated or redundant buildings require a great deal of design creativity as they often carry with them significant constraints in terms of location, form, construction methods or the protection status of either the building itself or the complex within which it is located.
We can offer experience and advice in bringing these buildings back to their original condition or into some other form of productive use, whilst applying modern building regulations standards. Ultimately enabling the client to maximise value and extend the buildings useful life.
We have been and are currently involved with numerous refurbishment projects including the following :
- Barn conversions into 4 luxury homes – Charlton Mackrell.
- Extensions and renovations - Millfield School.
- Conversion of farmhouse and oubuildings to family home, holiday let units, office and recording studio - Pitt Farm, East Harptree.
- Various projects for Wessex Reserve Forces and Cadets Association.
- Refurbishment of buildings for Somerset Partnership NHS and Social Care Trust.
- Restoration and conversion of listed farmhouse, Emborough.
- Refurbishment of 'The Old Inn' Public House, Holton - Western Renovations Ltd.
- Tincknells new HQ Offices and staff accomodation - Cathedral View, Wells
