The brief for this project was to refurbish a Grade II Listed outbuilding into holiday let accommodation.
The natural stone outbuilding had a lean-to structure abutting which was removed and re-built to modern day standards and regulations.
The building now benefits from an open-plan living space, and a bedroom at first floor.
Upper Southwick Cottage was upgraded with ‘slimlite’ double glazed, timber framed windows and doors which carefully respects the listed status of the development.
