Oliver Hill RIBA

Chartered Architect

BA (Hons) Prof Dip Arch RIBA

Oliver joined Collier Reading in 2011, after graduating from the University of Plymouth earlier that year. After completing his ‘year out’ work experience with the practice, Oliver worked on a ‘week release’ arrangement whereby he studied for his Part 2 Professional Diploma in Architecture qualification for one week a month, and then continued to work for Collier Reading for the remaining weeks.

He studied at the Centre for Alternative Technology based in Wales, where there is a strong emphasis on sustainable architecture and building design, and understanding that building design plays an important role in environmental impact. He is graduated in January 2014.

Oli recently completed his Part 3 Certificate in Professional Practice and Qualified as an Architect in July 2018.

Working on projects from garage extensions to individual bespoke homes, to multi-million pound Equestrian Arenas and facilities, Oliver takes projects from the initial site survey stage, through to producing proposal drawings, working drawings, and is running a number of projects on site.

Oli oversees the day to day running of the practice and will often be the second point of contact for projects after the Director.
